BOTC and gb days memories
Oh.. just came back from BOTC-Basic Officer Training Course this afternoon. A 2 days 1 night camp packed with sessions. Honestly, it was an interesting camp, i SAW gb at national level. The structure of the brigade and their extension to other parts of Asia. Some things are like new to you even though you're a gb girl. People who came for this training course came from various places. Some are OGs (make a guess), others are like church workers/helpers and sch teachers. All walks of life. Make some new friends. haha.. Great way to get connected to share/borrow ideas for our different companies. I personally enjoyed myself pretty much. Sang songs that brought me back to gb days in mg.. haha.. and one of my senior was there too. Memories unfold....
HEY JUDY... if you are reading this..just wanna tell u that i really miss leading worship with you during sch days. As i sang those songs during the worship time in BOTC, i was reminded of us leading worship together. Remember we spent about 3 hours praying and seeking God in the GB store room? Precious time invested and God really worked through our lives..If you do remember, the word given to us was from
Romans 8:37-39 "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord". I pray that even as you live for aussie, God will continue to give you strength and work through your life and you will love God more and more. And... I hope we can one day lead worship in gb again. haha.. go back to the same store room to pray and prepare. That was really memorable. All the best Jude...Farewell...
Okie dokes, that was for judy who's leaving for aussie tmr... I'll miss her here in spore.. Time to get back to study for a test cum exam tmr morning. Blessed day everyone.
Psalms 28:7
The LORD is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and I am helped.
My heart leaps for joy
and I will give thanks to him in song.
Project done...
I AM BACK here... It has been like ages since i last blogged. Well, all has been busy in sch esp week 15. It's horror! Gotta chiong for proj, reports and presentations. Lesson learnt sem after sem, never to leave things to the last minute. Must be as consistent as we can. Haha..i guess last few nights (mon -wed) were sleepless nights. Gotta thank God once again for strength to carry me all these. Things are relatively harder this sem and still gotta be able to manage well.. haha.. took up some entrepreuneur module which seems rather slack during the term, but when it comes to report and presentation, IT'S A BIG HEADACHE. YAY..thank God for the completion of the proj. Presented on wednesday evening and all did went smoothly. Independent marker was a little strict, but jk took the shield. hahaha. Thursday went to school to do a open-book 50% Appreciation of Life Sciences.. haha.. interesting module, coz i've learnt nothing much during normal term days, but only during the open-book test..haha..
Though was very busy during the week, i felt that i've learnt a lot through all the happenings. I guess i am able to handle them better next time round. Project is done, now is exams.. and i can really rest and spend more time with my Master.... :D
